Shri Ajay Agarwal is the Nominee Director at India SME Technology Services Limited, appointed by Indian Bank. He currently holds the position of Field General Manager at the Indian Bank, Delhi.

His professional experience includes serving as General Manager (Credit Monitoring) at Corporate office Chennai, and as Zonal Manager at Gorakhpur.

Throughout his career, he has worked in various branches and verticals, including Planning & Development, Credit, Credit Monitoring, Vigilance, and Right to Information.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Bank Institute of Bankers, and has completed certification courses in Credit Management, Accounts & Audit, and Treasury Management from NIBM.

Shri Ranojoy Chowdhury is the Nominee Director at India SME Technology Services Limited, appointed by Small Industries Bank of India (SIDBI).

He is currently the General Manager of the Strategy & innovation Vertical at SIDBI. With over 30 years of experience at SIDBI, his professional background spans diverse areas, including corporate accounts, human resources, management audit, and SFC Inspection, retail credit, vigilance, and venture debt & incubation.

He has also headed two branch offices and three loan processing centres, where he handled retail MSME credit proposals and bulk loans.

His notable achievements include being a part of the core team responsible for implementing the Human Resource Management Software and the Document Management System Software in SIDBI. He holds a B. Com., ICWA, and a Diploma in Financial Management (DFB Finance) from ICFAI.

Shri Sanjay Kapoor is the Nominee Director at India SME Technology Services Limited, appointed by State Bank of India and SBI Capital Markets Limited.

He currently serves as the General Manager (Operations & Control), Global Markets, at the Corporate Centre in Mumbai. His career, which began on August 1, 1991, includes a wide range of experience in areas such as retail banking, commercial credit, international banking, banking operations, treasury and risk management.

Prior to his current role, he held positions including General Manager of Performance, Planning & Review Department in SBI’s Corporate Centre in Mumbai and Chief Representative at the Representative Office in Washington D.C. in USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Allahabad, and he is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

His achievements include winning the Chancellor’s medal for graduation and the All-India 1st Prize in International Banking Operations as a part of obtaining Diploma in International Banking & Finance conducted by Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), Mumbai.

Shri Sanjay Kishore is the Nominee Director at India SME Technology Services Limited, appointed by Indian Overseas Bank.

He currently holds the position of General Manager at the Indian Overseas Bank, Delhi. He holds a Master of Arts degree and is Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

His expertise includes foreign exchange, advances, SAMD, and serving as Regional Head in both Lucknow and Delhi.

Among his notable achievements is completing a Skill Development Training by McKinsey & Company.

Shri Satyaki Rastogi Chief General Manager, is a seasoned development banker with over three decades of service at the Small Industrial Development Bank of India (SIDBI).

As Chief General Manager, he presently heads the Green Climate Finance Vertical which plays a pivotal role in ensuring that SIDBIs forays in making the MSMEs adapt green manufacturing practices are impactful and contribute towards fulfilling the national objectives.

He is responsible for SIDBI’s endeavor to make available affordable credit for MSMEs, to ensure that MSMEs greening ambition is fulfilled with minimal strain on their cashflows. He is also responsible for developing new models of lending, including risk sharing, for the lenders to take up green financing in a big way.
He is also the In-charge of Government Program Vertical which oversees the important Govt. Schemes for MSMEs as Project Management agency and Technical Partner.

Flagship schemes of GoI like MSE-GIFT, MSE-SPICE, ADITEE, PM Svanidhi and PM Vishwakarma alongwith subsidy schemes of many other GoI ministries are delivered to MSMEs through the team led by him.

In his earlier role as Head of the Micro finance operations, ip, SIDBI piloted the ambitious Prayaas Program, designed to bridge the “missing middle” by increasing access to credit for informal micro-enterprises.
Shri Rastogi has also spearheaded SIDBI’s initiatives in co-lending for MSMEs in rural and semi-urban areas.
He also served as Chief Vigilance Officer of State Bank of Travancore, strengthening governance and transparency mechanisms.
